Whether you’re relaxing out on the water aboard a comfortable Chinese style junk or paddling under your own power through a cave in a nimble kayak or hiking through Cat Ba National Park, the natural splendors of the area is all around you. This is the same seascape that has been capturing the imagination of visitors for centuries, and no trip to Vietnam’s north is complete without a visit to Ha Long Bay

Day 1: HA LONG - OVERNIGHT ON BOAT

Day 2: CAT BA - NATIONAL PARK - MONKEY ISLAND

Day 3: CAT BA - Hanoi

Detail program

Day 1: HA LONG - CAT BA ISLAND (-/L/D)

7h45 - 8h00: Pick you up at your hotel and depart to Halong Bay.

Day 2: CAT BA - NATIONAL PARK - KAYAKING ON LAN HA BAY (B/L/D)

AM: After breakfast. Catch a bus transport to National Park- the home to 32 types of mammals and about 2000 species of flora. Take a short trek through the forest and climb up the Ngu Lam Mountain. From the peak of the mountain you can see the whole landscapes of Cat Ba Island, especially all the photographs you can take are the priceless presents to your family and your friends. After that, the guide takes you back to your hotel and has lunch.

PM:

Option 1 (Without kayaking): Free time for swimming at Cat Co 1, 2 beach

Option 2 (Trekking): Enjoy 12 km trek through the forest with stop over viewing Frog Lake. Cross over 6 mountains ranges. Arrive Viet Hai village. Picnic lunch. Continue walking to Lan Ha Bay. Boat trip back to the hotel in the late afternoon

Option 3 (With kayaking): The guide takes you to Lan Ha bay for kayaking to discover natural sceneries and Monkey Island and surroundings. Stop at Ba Trai Dao beach for swimming and go back to hotel. After that it’s time for you to go around the Cat Ba town for sightseeing, shopping. In the evening, you are free.

Day 3: CAT BA - HANOI (B/L/-)

Have breakfast at 7.00. Leave Cat Ba Island for Halong City. You will enjoy Van Gia village with a kindergarten school, which are supported by the French en route. Arrive at Halong Port at 11.15, and then have lunch.
Leave Halong for Hanoi at 1.00. Arrive in Hanoi at 4.15. Tour finishes
