The largest city in Vietnam lies along the Saigon River, north of the Mekong River delta. Ho Chi Minh City is the heart and soul of Vietnamese economy - a shopper’s paradise. Traditional open-air markets still line the bustling streets, where ancient beginnings remain visible. In a suburban district can be found the Cu Chi Tunnel, the ”underground village” with a labyrinth of interlaced tunnels. Although the soil in Cu Chi was as hard as stone, the talent, determination, and endurance of the communist guerillas created a wonder of the 20th century, which is open for local and foreign visitors to explore.

Day 01: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh city, airport greetings, transfer to hotel
Day 02: Ho Chi Minh city tour full day. O/N at hotel in Ho Chi Minh city
Day 03: Take one day tour to Cao Dai Temple & Cu chi Tunnels. Back to HCMc about 5.00pm. O/N at hotel in Ho Chi Minh city
Day 04: Take one day tour to Mekong Delta (My Tho - Ben Tre) & O/N at hotel in Ho Chi Minh city
Day 05: Ho Chi Minh city sightseeing & exploration by yourself. Transfer to airport / or departure for next destination

ITINERARY
Day 1: HoChimin City arrival (D)
Welcome at the airport and transfer to hotel for check in. Take a rest before our city tour starts, visit sites of Reunification Hall, City hall, Notre Dame Cathedral, War crimes Museum, Chinatown, Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Saigon
Day 2: Saigon - My Tho - Saigon (B/L)Pick up at hotel. Drive to My Tho (2-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City) and visit Vinh Trang Pagoda. My Tho is a prosperous town of 170,000 inhabitants in the Mekong Delta. It is famous for its extensive orchards and immense rice fields. Enjoy a boat ride on the Mekong River and visit an orchard on an island, with lunch en route followed by a visit to a snake farm. Pm: Drive back to Saigon with a short city tour: China Town, Thien Hau Temple . Back hotel and overnight in Saigon.
Day 3: Saigon - Tay Ninh - Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L)
Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Cu Chi and visit the amazing complex of underground tunnels used during the American war. Proceed to Tay Ninh, center of the Cao-Dai religion found in 1926, a combination of Buddhism, Christianity, Taoism and Confucianism. Lunch at local restaurant. Drive back Saigon in the later afternoon. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 4: Saigon - Departure (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Leisure time until transfer Tan Son Nhat International Airport for departure.

You do not have to share the bus, boat, tour guide with other tourists. One exception, if you stay at the boat in Halong bay - it is like the hotel in Halong - you still have to share the boat with other people.
