1)GOLFING IN NORTH VIETNAM – 6 DAYS/5NIGHTS
Day 1: HANOI Welcome to stately Hanoi. One of the most beautiful cities in Asia. We pay a short visit to the the Temple of Literature well known as Vietnam's first university was founded in 1070 to honour scholars and men of literary accomplishment. O/N in Hanoi.
Day 2: DONG MO GOLF
Heading to West of Hanoi with about 45 km, The King’s Island Resort situated at the base of Ba Vi National Park, and is in the center of one of the country’s richest and most diverse cultural tourism areas. The King’s Island Resort in Asia for truly spectacular led with uniquely challenging 18-holes golf on the courses called Lake Side and Mountain View. We then return to Hanoi. Free at leisure. Dinner. O/N in Hanoi.
Day 3: DONG MO GOLF Full day playing golf at The King’s Island Resort. We then return to Hanoi. Free at leisure. Dinner. O/N in Hanoi.
Day 4: HANOI - HALONG BAY
Spending a day tour this remarkable city, including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, the Fine Art Museum and the Ethnology Museum. PM: setting out on a trip to the World Heritage-designated Halong Bay. Dotted with over 3,000 bizarrely shaped limestone islands, the bay encompasses nearly 1,000 square miles, fantastic beauty. Stopover over for a stroll in Hai Phong City. O/N in Halong.
Day 5: HALONG BAY - HANOI We cruise the islands by boat to remote covers with clear water, stooping to explore the mythical grottoes including Grotto of Wooden Stakes, Grotto of Bo Nau . . . and swim during the trip. We leave the islands and head back to Ha Noi where we’ll take to enjoy a performance of Hanoi’s famous water puppets. O/N in Ha Noi.
Day 6: HANOI - DEPARTURE Today, we will have the opportunity to do last shopping before we departure.

Situated in Ha Tay province, Vietnam, Kings’ Island Golf is an international standard golf club located 36 km. west of Hanoi, and 45 km. from Noi Bai International Airport. The club is located in the Kings’ Valley on 350 hectares along the shores of Dong Mo Lake. Access to the course is by boat.
Kings’ Island will have two 18 hole courses. The Lakeside Course opened in 1993. When the Mountain view Course opens in mid - 2004, Kings’ Island will be the first 36 hole facility in northern Vietnam, including an air-conditioned clubhouse & restaurant, driving range, pro-shop, putting greens & sand bunker. Future developments include a new clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, sauna, guest villas, and boat dock.
The 18 hole Mountain view course is Par 72, 6442m (7100 yards). It was designed by Pacific Coast Design Pty. Ltd. Based in Melbourne, Australia. Pacific Coast has been involved in site planning & golf design for over 16 years and has completed major projects in India, Malaysia, China, Thailand & Australia.
The course is designed to fit the setting’s natural contours. The design takes maximum advantage of the ambience of the waterside setting, distant mountains and surrounding trees. The layout of the golf course will excite and challenge all levels of players.
A limited number of pre-opening memberships are available for Mountain view, expected to open in mid - 2004. The new course will include a new clubhouse, boat dock, driving range, putting green, & practice bunker. Outside player use will be restricted in the first year.
Lakeside was designed by American Golf Course Architect, Robert McFarland, who has been involved in designing championship golf courses around the world including Mission Hills California. He specializes in challenging designs using local terrain and natural hazards.
Lakeside includes numerous and varied uses of the water surrounding the course and the gently sloping terrain. Water is in play on 13 of the 18 holes. Nature herself has created a superb setting for this very challenging 6,454 Yards, Par 72 course.
Lakeside memberships will be offered after our new Mountain view Course opens.
