HL2-HCT2D: Ha Noi - Ha Long bay 2 days/ 1 night

Brief itinerary & tour map

Day 01: Arrive in Ha Long, visit Ha Long city and cruise through many famous caves, transfer to hotel in Tuan Chau & O/N
Day 02: In the morning, walk around Ha Long city, Bai Chay bridge. Go back to Ha Noi with stop over Dai Nghia humanity center.

Halong attracts around 90% of visitors coming to Vietnam It's a Bay that 1,500 square km wide belonging to the Tonkin Gulf of the South China Sea. Ha Long, one of the World Heritages, it has nearly 2,000 islands and islets, all are limestone and dolomite, with numerous grottoes. Each one has its own characteristic with various caves: Sung Sot Cave, Thien Cung Cave, Trinh Nu Cave.

Tuan Chau Island is the only soil island of all. It is not only a place having beautiful natural surroundings: pine trees, lakes, beautiful beach... Tuan Chau but also where President Ho Chi Minh chose to be the relax place of other State officials' and his when they came here in 1959.

Detail tour program

Day 01 : Ha Noi - Ha Long (L/D)

AM: 7h45' depart to Ha Long Bay. A quick and enjoyable 3 hours to Ha long city. Have lunch with fresh seafood on the boat.

PM: Cruise through the emerald waters between the limestone outcrops and long corridors, visit Thien Cung cave (the cave of the heavenly palace – famous for its stalagmites and stalactites) A short way visit the newly discovered Dau Go grotto (wooden stakes’-wherein 1288 one of Vietnam’s most famous Generals Tran Hung Dao amassed hundreds of stakes deep inside the cave prior to a battle within invading Mongol army). Enjoy sunset when returning.

Boat trip back to Ha long city, Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Ha long city or in Tuan Chau island (15 km far from Halong city)

Day 02 : Ha Long - Ha Noi (B/L)

AM: Wake up to some coffee and a tasty breakfast. Free time at the morning, walk around Ha long city and Bai Chay shore (Opt: Free time in the morning for swimming at Tuan Chau beach, you could take Dolphin show, Crocodile show, Water music show, visit countryside market.

PM: Road trip back to Ha Noi with stop-over in Dai Nghia humanity center. Arrive Ha Noi about 16h00. Finish tour

Seat-in-coach tours: To join with other people on available daily tours. These tours are fixed itinerary and departure time. It is possible to join in even your group of only 1 or 2 people.
