HL5-HCT3D: Ha Long - Cat Ba 3 days/ 2 nights - 
Brief itinerary & tour map
Day 01: Drive to Ha Long city, cruise Ha Long Bay then keep sailing to Cat Ba Island
Day 02: Visit Cat Ba National Park, climb up Ngu Lam mountain. Swim at Cat Co or go Lan Ha bay for kayaking
Day 03: Free time for swimming and back to Ha Noi
Situated in the Tonkin Golf, Ha Long bay is one of the world's natural wonders - a bay with more than 3,000 islands, which time, wind and waves have sculpted into fantastic shapes. The best way to appreciate this magical scene is from a boat, cruising between these karst cliffs, which loom like fairytale castles, complete with rocky spires and hidden caves. The bay is dotted with tiny islands, pristine sandbanks on the turquoise water providing an excellent backdrop for swimming or just lazing about on the boat deck.

Day 01 : Ha Long- Cat Ba Island ( L, D)
In the morning, our guide and car pick you up at the hotel at 7h45. Drive to Ha Long city. Stop over in Hai Duong province for a short break. Arrive in Ha Long at 11.30. Lunch at a restaurant or on the boat, the guide takes you to the boat for cruising Ha Long Bay, where you have a chance to visit two most beautiful caves Thien Cung cave or the Palace Of Heaven Grotto and Dau Go Cave or Wooden Stake Grotto) and we take a look at the Floating Village of the fisherman and the Fighting cocks. Then keep sailing to Cat Ba Island. Arrive in Cat Ba Island at 5.30. Walk around the Island for sightseeing.
Day 02 : Cat ba National Park ( B, L, D)
AM: After breakfast. Catch a bus transport to National Park- the home to 32 types of mammals and about 2000 species of flora. Take a short trek through the forest and climb up the Ngu Lam Mountain. From the peak of the mountain you can see the whole landscapes of Cat Ba Island, especially all the photographs you can take are the priceless presents to your family and your friends. After that, the guide takes you back to your hotel and has lunch.
PM: Option 1 (Without kayaking): Free time for swimming at Cat Co 1, 2 beach.
Option 2 (with kayaking) : The guide takes you to Lan Ha bay for kayaking to discover natural sceneries and Monkey Island and surroundings. Stop at Ba Trai Dao beach for swimming and go back to hotel.
After that it’s time for you to go around the Cat Ba town for sightseeing, shopping. In the evening, you are free.
Day 03 : Cat Ba Island- Ha Long- Ha Noi ( B, L)
Have breakfast at 7.00. Leave Cat Ba Island for Ha Long City. Arive at Ha Long Port at 11.15, and then have lunch. Leave Ha Long for Ha Noi at 1.00. Arrive in Ha Noi at 16.30. Tour finishes

Seat-in-coach tours: To join with other people on available daily tours. These tours are fixed itinerary and departure time. It is possible to join in even your group of only 1 or 2 people. Customer do not to find other people to form the group. It is our company duty to gather the tourists for each tour. For these tours, you have to share the coach, boat and tour guide with other tourists who come from different nationalities. The number of people of this group is normally less than 20 persons.

You do not have to share the bus, boat, tour guide with other tourists. One exception, if you stay at the boat in Halong bay - it is like the hotel in Halong - you still have to share the boat with other people
