| | BV-DNG1: Danang beach vacation | |  Thirty kilometres of white sand, part of which was known as China Beach and used for rest and recreation by GIs during the Vietnam War. The beach is excellent for tropical vacations and swimming is good during the summer. Winter surf can be dangerous, but the Da Nang end of the beach is sheltered and therefore safer. | |
